RGI

RGI and SEAI on your website, done right.

Gas work in Ireland is restricted to Registered Gas Installers, and customers are told to check the register. Your RGI number goes beside the logo in the header and footer, linked to your entry on the Register of Gas Installers of Ireland. If you're on the SEAI registered installer list for heat pumps or solar thermal, the grant pages carry that too, because grant-funded jobs are the best-paying enquiries in the trade.

What you can legally show on a trade website

Questions plumbers ask
I'm RGI registered. What has to be on the site?

The RGI logo with your registration number, and a link to the register is best practice. Non-registered people can't legally do gas work, so the badge is your biggest trust signal. We set it up.

Can the site show SEAI grants?

Yes, and it should. If you're an SEAI registered installer, each grant you work under gets its own page with the current grant amount and your registration. Grant jobs are the highest-value enquiries in heating.

I do plumbing only, no gas or heating.

No problem. The site leads with bathrooms, repairs and installs, and skips the gas pages entirely.

Do I need a separate page for boilers?

Yes. 'Boiler replacement' and 'boiler service' are searched by name in every county. A page each, in the Business Site.

Built for the big jobs

Built to win boiler swaps and heat pumps, not dripping taps.

Every plumber's site gets a page for each of the three highest-value jobs in the trade, written the way people search for them.

01 — High-value job

Boiler replacement

The page most heating engineers are missing. Covers oil and gas, what a swap costs in bands, the efficiency case, and the RGI line for gas.

02 — High-value job

Heat pump installation

The SEAI heat pump grant (check the current amount on seai.ie) turns this into a €12,000 plus job. The page explains the grant, the survey and the timeline, and carries your SEAI registration.

03 — High-value job

Bathroom installs

Full bathroom fit-outs are where plumbers make real margin. A gallery page with before-and-after photos does the selling.

Paying for leads?

Stop renting your customers.

Onlinetradesmen, MyBuilder and Bark sell the same enquiry to four plumbers and charge whether you win it or not. A site of your own means the customer found you, there's no one else quoting, and you keep the review.

The maths

A year of paid leads versus a site you own.

Rough figures, your numbers will differ. Put your own in the calculator.

What changes

The customer rings you, not a list.

Your number is the biggest thing on the page. There's no comparison table, no "get 3 quotes", no fee when the phone rings. The review they leave goes on your Google profile, where it keeps working for years.

What's included

What's on every plumber's site.

On top of the basics every tradewebsites.ie site gets: your .ie domain, hosting and SSL for a year, tap-to-call and WhatsApp, Google Business set-up, your reviews on the page and 30 days of edits.

Pricing

The books
One invoice, no VAT to add.

€400 or €900 is the full price. There's no 23% on top and no small print. One invoice, one number.

It's a business expense.

A website that brings in work is a marketing cost, the same as the van signage. Your accountant will put it through the books; most treat it as an expense in the year you pay it.

Two payments, nothing before the mockup.

Half when you approve the mockup, half when it goes live. Bank transfer or Revolut. Both invoices land in your email.

Nothing is paid until you've approved the free mockup. Want us to keep it running and updated? Add Maintenance for €39 a month, cancel any month. Want calls before Google catches up? Google & Meta ads from €149 a month.

Who owns it

It's yours. All of it. From day one.

Some web companies register your domain in their name, host your site where only they can reach it, and charge you to leave. That's how they keep customers. We keep customers by doing good work.

Nothing we build stops working if we disappear tomorrow. That's the whole point.

The domain is registered to you.Your name, your email, your renewal reminders. We set it up, but we don't hold the keys.
The website files are yours.Plain HTML that runs anywhere. Want a copy? Ask, and it's in your inbox the same day, zipped.
The Google Business profile is yours. It's your Google account. We're added as a manager and you can remove us with one tap.
Walk away after year one for nothing. No exit fee, no transfer charge, no notice period. We'll even help you move it.
